DNA_MAP (DNA Macroarrays Analysis Program) is a compiler of VRML worlds devoted to the analysis and publication on the World Wide Web of data generated using commercial (Research Genetics, Clontech,) and custom made DNA arrays. DNA_MAP, can elaborate raw data generated by phosphor-imager ( Molecular Dynamics Storm; Packard Cyclone) to produce a VRML world where genes expression profiling and the relationship between differentially expressed genes is graphically displayed in 3D.
